I called Ms Veronica after I read her reviews and pictures on her site. She have more good reviews than she does bad from which I didn’t see any. But I made the appt and we had a phone consultation that went very well. I sent her pics of my hair that had been damaged. To make a long story short..Ms V is very knowledgeable about hair and gave me the best advice to take care of it. My hair is on the journey to being back healthy. I will continue having Ms V as my beautician..She’s easy to talk to just like I’ve know her for a while…I love my hair and so did my co workers..I put on some makeup and a new hairstyle..ALL GOOD
